With the elements of the physical practice of yoga, and other forms of ritual, I like to create retreats surrounding those vibrant life tools. And sometimes we need to remove ourselves from our every day goings-on and well, retreat! These events are very heart-based, nourishing and I like to say, life-changing. I look forward to having a chance to learn and grow together in this lifetime.

I’ve been a guest speaker for various coaching groups, held workshops for community settings, couples based yoga events and lead retreats with, Yoga flow, Restorative, Pranayama, Ritual Self loving practices and Hands-On Healing. Events often include circles of love and sharing, as well as healing sessions that I will walk attendees through, step by step.
