My work began with a simple desire: to satiate life’s curiosities by doing the things that scared me. Speaking, teaching, and committing to community connection—all of it led me deeper into connection with myself, and from that place, I began guiding others.

To me, being a community generator means building a foundation on the belief that everyone is our teacher, that everyone has something to offer, and when we bring varying ideas and experiences together, we grow—we live a little healthier, a little bit deeper.

Through my retreats and offerings, I hope women experience their own version of coming alive, their own version of feeling alive, and the feeling that they’re not alone, that they belong to themselves while also being received in circle.

My approach is rooted in deep listening—hearing and feeling what women need, then tuning into intuition, honesty, and a heart-led desire to help them choose to walk peacefully empowered on their path.
